Welcome to Cleaning Hero (“we”, “our”, “us”).

Cleaning Hero provides professional home and commercial cleaning services through its website, WhatsApp, and other booking channels.

By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all users who access our website or book any service through Cleaning Hero, including bookings made online, by phone, WhatsApp, or other channels we operate.

By placing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our related policies (including the Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy).

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

We aim to honour scheduled appointments. However, we may need to reschedule or adjust a booking due to circumstances such as:

• Technician delay due to traffic or route conditions
• Weather conditions that affect safe service delivery
• Electricity / power cuts (light cut) at the service location or area — many cleaning and equipment-based jobs need continuous power and may pause or stop until supply returns
• Emergencies or unforeseen operational issues
• Safety concerns at the service location
• Other events reasonably beyond our control

Where a change is needed, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and offer an alternate slot. A booking request is confirmed only after our team verifies details and availability.

Power dependency: Several services (including machine-assisted cleaning such as water tank cleaning) depend on electricity. If there is a light cut during or before the job, work may be interrupted, extended, or rescheduled. Delay or incomplete work solely due to power failure is not treated as a service defect by Cleaning Hero; we will coordinate a fair continuation or reschedule.

• Listed prices are base estimates. Final pricing may vary based on property size, condition, service requirements, accessibility, or additional work requested by the customer.
• Any material change in price will be communicated before additional paid work proceeds, where reasonably practicable.
• Final payment is generally due upon completion of the service, unless advance/online payment was agreed at booking.
• We accept cash, UPI, and other digital methods as available at the time of service or checkout.

• You may cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the scheduled time without a cancellation fee.
• A cancellation fee of up to ₹199 may apply depending on the stage of booking and technician assignment when notice is less than 12 hours.
• If our technician has already reached your location and the service is cancelled or access is denied, a visiting charge of ₹299 may be applicable.

Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Eligibility depends on the reason for cancellation or service issue, timing of the request, and whether the service (or part of it) was delivered.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate name, phone, address, and service details at booking
• Ensure safe and timely access to the premises at the scheduled time
• Ensure that electricity and water are available if required for the booked service
• Understand that an electricity / light cut at or near the premises may pause or stop the job until power returns; you should inform our team promptly if supply is unstable
• Secure valuables and inform us of any special hazards or access restrictions
• Treat our staff with respect and provide a safe working environment

If access, utilities (including electricity), or site conditions prevent service delivery, wait time or visit charges may apply, and we may reschedule the job.

We take reasonable care in delivering Services through trained professionals. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted.

To the extent permitted under applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or Services.

Our total liability for a claim relating to a specific booking shall not exceed the amount paid (or payable) for that booking, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Cleaning Hero shall not be responsible for delay or failure to perform where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, lockdowns, government restrictions, strikes, major transport disruption, infrastructure failures, and electricity / power outages (light cuts) that prevent safe or continuous use of equipment required for the Service.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or otherwise address the booking fairly.

The Cleaning Hero name, logo, website design, text, graphics, and other content on our Platform are owned by or licensed to Cleaning Hero. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our brand or content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

How we collect and use Personal Data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By booking, you acknowledge the notice and provide consent for processing needed to fulfil your service request.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of our Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Darbhanga, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or our Services.
